• As the items are handmade, so the items are not identical and may vary from item to item.
  
• Items are sold based on first come first serve basis.
• Payment must be made within 3 days upon final confirmation of order.
• Delivery of items will be made within 1 week upon successful transaction.
• All item will be packed in bubble wrap padded for safe delivery.
• We do not accept any cancellation, once payment are made.
• We are not responsible for any damaged or lost mails during delivery.
• All sales are final and goods sold are non-refundable or exchangeable.
